"The internal gossip. Employees spent a lot of time talking about other people and management. I didn't feel like there was anyone to trust."

"My manager was located in another state. He knew the Texas region well but didn't take the time to know the Arizona office or area. It would have been nice for him to spend more time getting to know us and our market."
