"Time management and proper communication seems to be a problem when coordinating events. Proper delegation of work will solve this issue."

"Liked the people in my department and everybody's willingness to 'pitch in' to get a job done. We were like a little family."

"Get the job, stay for a bit, and learn some stuff, but keep in mind that as far as career growth the consultants are the only ones who are really getting any promotions and 'going places'..."

"There really weren't enough career opportunities; once you were in a certain dept. it seems you were locked in with that group forever"

"Care more about the folks (i.e., their jobs) at the bottom of the corporate ladder"

"I have to travel from Vienna to Arlington. Travel expenses not covered in salary."

"No suggestions. The company is good in its own way."

"There are some great people working at the company, and you do get vacation time your first year (although if you are non-salaried field staff you only get 2 days)."

"Ask specifically about the details of the work environment. Ask if you will get goals and details in writing when starting your job."
What don't you like about working at Nightingale Home Healthcare?
"The owner is extremely disrespectful and rude to employees and holds them responsible for actions that are out of their control (for example, what one person chooses to do will cause the entire department or company to be disciplined). In order to get even an hour off to go to the doctor, for example, you have to request the time off in writing 21 days in advance and it might not be approved. Mileage is only paid at 25 cents per mile, so if you drive your own car you will lose money for each mile you drive for the company."

"Management needs to be more clear about expectations and goals."
