What do you like about working at Kumon?

"The benefits are okay and they educate children in reading and math."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"No, I do not have any interviewing tips for this company."

What don't you like about working at Kumon?

"The Top Management sucks. It is typical Japanese mentality. The top management is unethical and irresponsible, and communication is very bad."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The Japanese management in Teaneck were shown the door last week by the parent company in Japan. Everyone hopes that they will do the same to all the other non-Japanese top management who were cohorts of the Japanese."

"Its a casual environment, slow paced semi-friendly and the helpfulness of the coworkers. (management not included)"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Please make sure you ask plenty of question and that you and the employer are very clear on the duties require for the position that you are applying for and that in the chance of a promotion that they ask you if is something you are willing to take and that they pay you accordingly."

What don't you like about working at L & L WINGS?

"The disorganization in which the FL office operates, and how they use their employee(s) forcing them to over take a position without proper training expecting accuracy with very little or no support."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make sure you properly train the employees before entrusting them with more responsibility and take under consideration the fact that the fact that you move the person to undertake new task without asking the person if they want such responsibility and not causing them their employment"
