"Great at first, employees working with are great at first... but human resources and management staff will start pestering you, obviously concerned with their "bottom line". Very short-term thinking. When I joined a couple years ago, was much better."

"I would scan lease documents and handle rent checks/deposits/late notices with each customer. I had a better understanding of how the process worked when leasing out office building and or apartment complex to a tenant(s) as each individual person would come in and explain why they were there. Interacting with customers was enjoyable because they would come in and of course, I would strike up a conversation while waiting to be helped."

"I like to work with people hands on. So being the office assistant gave me the opportunity to work in all parts of the busy environment. I had an input in everything, I was able to work in a group or on my own, depending the project at hand at the time."
