"My boss was my mentor. She was the department head of the field I was going to school in. She taught me everything about learning individually and personal growth."

"This is a fun interview process. Take your time and relax."

"It is hard to find something bad to say about working for my department head. There was nothing really bad about it."
What do you like about working at Ohio University?
"It's an engaging position where I can work with other people and help out. Laid back atmosphere and good pay."

"Be insightful and enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with the college and you should be fine."

"It can get a little boring and repetitive at times."

"Not much, I don't envision there would be much more I could do in order to help the office run more smoothly."

"You should be one that is quiet and ready to work over time during tax season and below part time hours on the off season."

"I did not like the fact that the owner took me from well over 40 hours to 15 hours per week."

"Be more relaxed instead of being so jumpy when a door is knocked on when it is closed because a closed door gets knocked on for permission to enter."

"I like this company because I am given responsiblity & a purpose. I work independantly, but am part of a team. My workplace is stress-free and very friendly."

"Future applicants should be fun loving, energetic, & dependable. Experience is a plus but they are willing to train."

"This is a temporary position and I will have to leave."

"I have no suggestions as far as the work is flowed. Everyone here does their job well. The one suggestion I have would be to offer a permanant position."

"Not much growth opportunity, just because it is an educational based job with the budget right now."

What do you like about working at Loyola University?
"This company taught me what it was like to be an employee as part of a larger group. I was given the opportunity to not only contribute to the overall production of the office, but was given leadership opportunities as well. My boss and co-workers treated me with respect and while they expected a lot from me in terms of my work ethic, they were always willing to give help and advice. I was given the opportunity to extend some of my computing skills as well as my researching abilities and technical writing abilities. Overall the experience was very educational and taught me how to be a productive, successful employee."

"Anyone interviewing for this particular department should focus on being themselves, being confident in their abilities, and knowing that the most important aspect of any position is one's work ethic."
What don't you like about working at Loyola University?
"Despite how much I enjoyed working for the Enterprise Applications department, the overall management style was very disorganized. It made the work environment slightly more hostile than it could have been, and made the distribution of work very uneven and confusing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that the management adopt stricter, more explicit practices for running the department. Whether it be clarifying people's job titles or running workshops to foster better communication between management and the other employees, something should be done to help get the department better organized."

"The atmosphere was not the best, it was dusty due to the warehouse right outside the office,"
