"This is not a very secure place to work anymore and his been hemorrhaging employees for two years, to its detriment in the marketplace. The current financial crisis has only made management's initial mistakes worse, and the company is now a shadow of its former self."

"That despite the many the proactive actions I took that literally revolutionized my department (in design and computer automation of repetitive tasks, e.g.) , I was the one that got laid off, while my mediocre co-worker, who spent most of the time on the phone to friends and relatives, was kept on for another year."

"That they familiarize themselves with what every single employee's job is and see how well they do it before they start cutting positions adrift pell mell"
