"I am a consultant. There is a general opinion that consultants are temporary. I would like to be treated as a part of the company and not as a temporary resource."

"All workforce, including work done by consultants is a part of the project success. So need to acknowledge it more, even in areas such as PMOs where deliverables are less visible."
"Metlife is in a transition phase going from national to global and from old methodologies to new. Though there are a lot of legacy processes and technologies in Metlife as a whole, the operations in Cary that I see are mostly committed to the future. The work-life balance is one of the best, comparable to my time at SAS."
