"I know that many positions are being posted as new medical Groups are joining the Ambulatory Clinical Operations under Cora Hermans. She is a bright well educated woman with a strong leadership background. She has been with the company over 20 years and is a working Director, her job is not in title only"

What don't you like about working at MemorialCare Health System?

"I loved the environment at Memorial care Formerly Bristol Park. Most of the employees have long term tenure which is a definite sign that they are happy employees. I see that the Directors are always available for feedback and have an open door policy"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing is broken, no fixing required. I know that the growth and changes that happen with growth sometimes can feel overwhelming, however this is a strong team who is very capable of handling all the requirements and challenges as they are becoming members of the Memorial care Family after being a strong rapidly growing Medical Group in Southern California, serving the healthcare needs of families in the Southland for more than 50 years."

"My co-workers are my second family. I feel as though I am a true part of the team here."

"I do not enjoy working here becasue I feel I have hit the ceiling so to speak,I feel there is no room for growth."

"It's all about communication, and staying in close contact with your employees. Management isn't easy, but communication keeps everyone in the loop."
