"The one that interviews you is not nearly as nice as she seems"
What don't you like about working at CaLLogix?
"If you called out you go written up, you could go in there with swine flu and they would either send you home then write you up when you got back, or make you stay there and keep working.They would also cut your hours even if you had just gotten there, you would have no choice, so it was a catch 22... you could go in sick as a dog and not be able to go home, or you could be really healthy and they'd say okay, you're going home now"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"For the immediate supervisors, there is none, they were all great. Higher management needed to be more laid back, and communicate better."

"Working with the members (customers) and they have 100% tuition rembursement for school."

"I don't like that they would rather hire outside the company rather than promote or transfer within."

"Continue to develop a sincere relationship with employees."
What do you like about working at Aberdeen Proving Ground FCU?
"I worked there in 1998. What I liked about working there was helping/assisting Members with their accounts, loans, etc. I liked helping them build their nest egg. It was great meeting a lot of people & building professional relationships with them. It was also building on my career in banking."

"Not really. It's like interviewing anywhere else. You have to do your research about the company and put your best foot forward."
What don't you like about working at Aberdeen Proving Ground FCU?
"There wasn't anything about APGFCU that I didn't like. The only reason I left there was because of my commute. It took me over an hour to get there and sometimes about 1.5 hours to get home."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My main suggestion to management would be to listen to your employees more. When we have ideas/opinions on how something could be done differently, instead of brushing us off, listen to what we have to say. Some of us actually had very good ideas/opinions."

"I appreciated demonstrating the utilization of my problem solving skills to the members as well as my supervisors."

"Compensation did not seem to balance with the economy."

"Being over in Germany and working the Credit they paid well and treated me very well so there was not anything I did not like."
