"This was a temporary position. What I liked about this job was I learned new tasks and I also learned something about the banking industry."

"While people were generally helpful, there were times when I think there could have been more cooperation between departments."

"Listening to what can be improved on all levels. More communication between all staff. Increased wages for increase in work load would be nice. Improved computer system to better communicate and manage member accounts."

"One of the things I liked most about financial partners was a family type environment to work in. Weekly meetings of encourgement and acknowledgment were always intervating."

"Limited hours, having to drive to different locations to fill in positions, denied promotions and change of location."

"Try rehiring better supervisors to work beneath you who are motivated and good at multitasking."
