"Little incentive to work hard with zero advancement opportunity"
What do you like about working at Wescom Credit Union?
"I appreciated their willingness to work around my school schedule and allow to me finish my education. I also enjoyed working for a non profit organization that is geared towards helping customers."

"Be prepared to stay in the position you are applying for a long time."
What don't you like about working at Wescom Credit Union?
"There was zero advancement opportunity and very little help resources to help with transferring divisions within the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more supportive of employee growth and desire to achieve advancement."
What do you like about working at Santa Monica School Employees Federal Credit Union?
"Learning the many different areas of the credit union. It was always interesting."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company does not exist due to closure of the credit union some time in 2004-2005."
What don't you like about working at Santa Monica School Employees Federal Credit Union?
"Tha fact that it was a very small office only four people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To keep praising her employees to promote good work and positivity."
What do you like about working at Georgia's Own Credit Union?
"I don't work weekends and I like getting all federal holdays off with pay. The medical benefits are OK (better that most). The breakrooms are decorated nicely and are a nice place to relax during lunch."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you get lucky you'll end up in a department where your skills and work is truly appreciated."
What don't you like about working at Georgia's Own Credit Union?
"You are micromanaged every minute of the day. You can't even go to the bathroom without the entire department knowing. The members are allowed to verbally abuse us and with a job as stressful as this, we are only given 30 minutes for lunch. We are required to pay for parking and there's always something going on where we are constantly asked to pay for or donate money to something and if you don't contrubute you are made to feel like a loser. I am not compensated well for the work I do and there's a lot of favortism. Its about who you know...not what you know."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would listen more to my staff and I would speak to them with respect. I would do more to make this highly stressful job a little easier by possibly changing the look and feel of the dept. and offer better incentives for a job well done."
What do you like about working at e-Rewards?
"It's a steady job and I appreciate that even as an hourly employee our team is often included in receiving annual bonuses."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There seem to be a lot of opportunities to advance in certain departments, but it is definitely an ebb and flow, and because the company has grown so much in the past few years, competition is fierce"
What don't you like about working at e-Rewards?
"The levels of freedom my team has varies wildly and can be confusing at times. Some aspects are micromanaged, and others (that should be!) are not monitored at all."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As a whole, the company is great, but my boss is ill-tempered and impatient. I would try to cultivate an environment for our team that focuses on training, and have a supervisor who is more approachable."

"I enjoy working with the company and would love to return to work for a company like Care 1st"

"To trust in them self and go with a positive attitude"

"there is not much to say other than is a bit far from home."

"to keep up the great job that they have been doing until know."
What do you like about working at Wemelco Credit Union?
"Loved my customers do not work there anymore. Filed a formal complaint against the organization with MCAD Massachussets Comission Against Discrimination"

"Don't accept any position with the company. I have never worked for such a unprofessional unorganized organization in my life. They have put me through hell and high water. I am fighting them as we speak for unemployment benefits."
What don't you like about working at Wemelco Credit Union?
"I miss my customers they were great. My family recently was affected by the Tornado that struck Spfld MA. My customers raised donation money along with donated clothing. The company I worked for did nothing actually the threaten my job because I was out for 3 days trying to help my elderly mother who just lost everything she owned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire the whole management team and start over to insure in the future they do not get sued for dicrimination. Also try to curb the internal theft former CEO charged and convicted internal theft in the amount of $350,000.00"
