"The one that interviews you is not nearly as nice as she seems"

What don't you like about working at CaLLogix?

"If you called out you go written up, you could go in there with swine flu and they would either send you home then write you up when you got back, or make you stay there and keep working.They would also cut your hours even if you had just gotten there, you would have no choice, so it was a catch 22... you could go in sick as a dog and not be able to go home, or you could be really healthy and they'd say okay, you're going home now"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"For the immediate supervisors, there is none, they were all great. Higher management needed to be more laid back, and communicate better."
