"PAX personnel were very academic, and were very open to out of box ideas."

"Focus on visible process improvement. Management does not just want results, they want to see the process fulfilled."
What don't you like about working at Pax Water Technologies?
"Due to the fact that the company was privately held, the ownership took a long time to approve major decisions. I never had a proposal rejected (mostly due to proper preparation), but the process took several months."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your subordinates. There are approaches that may not be obvious, but can be very beneficial."
