"The top management had changed a couple years after working there and they were too worried about the bottom line and not the customers and employees anymore."

"Keep to your word. They would promise something that they never planned on following through with so that they could keep their retention rate looking good."

"The location, it was hidden in a plaza, and people never knew we were there. They would go to Advance Auto Parts up the road."
