"The fast-paced environment as well as the rate of advancement. The company only hires from within so everyone starts off in the same position. It is up to you on how fast you can get promoted opposed to waiting for the person who has been there for 30 years to retire."

"Be ready to work long hours, be prepared for customers to give you grief and take advantage of every chance they get."

"I have too many managers and when I ask a question everyone wants to put in their two cents which contradicts one another."

"Make my employees feel more appreciated and inform them of the day-to-day business. Inform them of what I am actually doing so they do not get the impression that I am just sitting around."

"There are some decent people there, but most people in charge are idiots."

"The benefit and growth was/is not there. I never had a day off, and the cost of expanding was too great in terms of cost/benefit"

"Being in a role where financial reviews and compensation, in addition to meetings with Senior Management, I can tell you don't work at this place.This company wears down employees and has become a sweat shop in every angle and in every department.What's interesting is that the company claims that at the top of there priorities is Reward and Recognition for employees. Don't be fooled. Recognition -Yes; Reward -Yeah right.Whether you are clinical or non-clinical, the company does not promote and sadly even tries to ensure you will not move into other branches in the organization. Every monthly meeting regardless of how good the organization performed ends with the Executive team saying Yes, we had a good month but we need to work on managing pay and salaries. This mentality has become the monthly motto and theme of every monthly meeting and org.What's scary is the following: On the clinical side their is always a heavy emphasis on reducing what is called Hours of Care. This is the healthcare industry standard for how much time a nurse is spending w/patients who are in need of care. So let's over work nurses so that mistakes may become more frequent. Do you want to be the patient who has this motto applied toI'm on the non-clinical side, so I'm not a nurse complaining about being over worked, I'm just informing you for the sake of job searchers that from the few years I've worked here that the typical raise is between 1% and 3%.On the patient side, you would be amazed how many erroneous the billing is. Always over charging (never undercharging). I remember upon review of one patient account a male was billed and charged for a pregnancy test. Seriously Lastly the health insurance here sucks. Because the organization is a network of hospitals, you are forced to do lab work, scans, pretty much any procedure at the hospital which is the most expensive rate of health care.Do you get the point now, you will thank me for listening."

"What's interesting is that the company claims that at the top of there priorities is Reward and Recognition for employees. Don't be fooled. Recognition -Yes; Reward -Yeah right."
What don't you like about working at BayCare Health System?
"Compensation, and I'm not a greedy person. All around the organization pay is an issue, and upper management directs this throughout the DNA of the organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"When one is to make claims about employee benefits, work/life balance, reward and recognition, don't provide lip service. just as employees are required to walk the walk. Don't say one thing and direct another throughout an entire organization and then wonder what's wrong."

"Nice coworkers. Some of the managers are pretty good too. Independence is a convenient location."

"If they promise you a bonus, get the exact details in writing before you accept a job offer. They rarely pay out the bonuses they promise people."
What don't you like about working at Vox Mobile?
"Poor mngmt decision making. Extremely poor planning. The two owners' leadership style is very difficult to deal with. Only negative feedback is given. Executive Leaders use foul language and yell at employees. Age and sex discrimination is pretty bad too."

"The owners have no idea how much work they pile on people. They are truly clueless. Good luck trying to get them to see that."

"Liked working with the customer and coming up with solutions to help them."

"Have experience in logistics. Be prepared to not make what was agreed upon in final interview."

"The culture. It was very negative. Received more responsibility and less pay every year."

"Value your employees. Create a positive atmosphere. Be willing to help."

"Get what you can get out of there and move on before they use you."

"The company is all about numbers and not about people. They say one thing and then do whatever they please. I was a big supporter of this company when I first started there but that has changed long ago."

"Go back to the days when Sam Walton was in control. What a shame that you treat your people the way that you do. For being a multi-million dollar company they are so disorganized and will never be number one in the warehouse chain."

"Process focused IT shop that has a decently clear vision about what they want and what they believe they are willing to pay for."

"PACCAR is a very good place to work. There are te usual issues of any large company. Get to know who the real movers and shakers are and get on their team."
What don't you like about working at PACCAR?
"Many projects are defunded mid-way through without changing the expected out come of the project. We cut your budget in half but we still demand that you give us everything you promesed. This happens enough frequency to cause concern."

"admit mistakes when they are made and learn from them even by you....."
