"The upper management and ownership are totally ruthless. They will promise employees that they do not have to worry about losing their jobs, then will fire them with sneaky, surprise-ambush style tactics. I don't trust them."

"Be more honest and caring, trustworthy and ethical. Don't lie to employees so much."

"The only positive aspect of work is the bi-monthly paycheck."

"Stop the layoffs, cost cutting, and insistence of doing more with less."

"The back stabbing, spineless cowards in upper management with self serving agendas"

"Wake up fellas. You're loosing the knowledge fast and you are heading for big issues. The people you keep do not have your best interest. BIG believer in Karma. Make employees the biggest Asset. Not your stock holders"

"This company uses employees with no rewards. Understafed, poor training and incosistent management."

"before it was sold, working at Liberty was great, like working in a small family owned business. After, not good, like living under a dictator."

"see above. Things changed dramatically. Past experience, especially people who had earned money, were not welcomed."

"Do not do it. Under no circumstances come to this company. You'll be sorry by the end of the first day."

"Process hell, no equipment, constant cost cutting, administrivia, no empowerment, no freedom to make any decision, we want everyone to be creative, as long as we all do it the same way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Oust the whole board of directors, including the CEO, and put the new CEO on salary NOT tied to stock price but tied to how many jobs he/she saves, employee satisfaction, and client satisfaction. Win in those three areas, get huge bonus, lose in any, get measly salary. Stock price gets ignored. Only way to make a CEO care about employees and clients is to remove the tie to the stock price with their compensation."
