"Contractors were underpaid. They constantly complained about this, and rather than do the task involved, they threatened to quit."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The compensation due to your contractors should reflect the amount of work they do. It was deficient with this company. There should be an open line of communication with the owners that does not discourage contractors from stating their views fairly. The ultimate result was that contractors did not show up or feel like a willing part of the group."
