"I accepted a position that was outline in a job description but on the very 1st day of work assigned another position with duties and responsibilities, which included P&L, that I had not agreed too. Management takes a great deal of pride in pulling the wool over other people eyes..."

"Person I reported to was totally lost and had little experience and knowledge in the field he was working in. Way over his head. More of a yes man to superior's . He also possessed little management skill and other business related tools. Everything I did or was suggested to activate business was questioned."

"In my opinion, it needs to stop thinking like a Fortune 50 organization a understand it is only a small business operations. It bought a company that it should not have purchased yet expected a return that far exceeded the potential that remained."
