You will only get your PTO when the company is not flooded with calls, and they are always flooded because they don't hire enough people to handle the volume. If you are under 35, kneeling, with your nose between two cheeks, you might get moved up, maybe. Management may just like to keep you in that position. No matter how hard you try, everything you do will be wrong to a greater or lesser degree. Exposing yourself to constant negativity, both from the phones and the supervisors, is just complying with abuse. Don't do it."
