"If you get a bad manager, work becomes very difficult. Sometimes you get stuck in positions and you fell that you don't have a way out."

"Lots of management layers which makes it difficult to get anything done."

"The HR department. They are slow, they think way too highly of themselves, to the point where it's tough to get outside people in for jobs, even if they are a great fit!"

"the size. Given the fact it is such a large company there is no one direct to go to with things I had issues with."

"To be more constructive and to be on the floor more with the sales team, especially when starting out."

"I went to school to study Psychology in order to help others. I am passionate about it and can't wait to soon start working full time in the field."

"It's a very good Company I'm proud to work here, but to stay in Seattle you must like the rain and some people do. I'm jsut not one of them..... Lol."

"No retirement and low pay, and the real reason I'm unhappy is becasue it rains all the time in Seattle."

"More benefits and make the employees happier. Were contracted through Grubb & Ellis and they just filed Bankruptsy. Make us Liberty Mutual employees."

"The opportunities for upward mobility were not immediately clear in my own office, but this is not unusual in the insurance industry."
