"I love working for Lexis Nexis. It is a great place to work. The management is incredible and care about me and my growth. The work is fun. I enjoy working with my coworkers. They are all experts and that makes working with them a wonderful experience. I also love the projects because they are interesting and involve lots of different challenging opportunities. "Freedom of working from home. Boss lived in different state, so no micro-managing. Sales trips were fun! Maternity leave pay was 100% of pay(salary and commission). Very high."

"VERY political and cliquish. Sales goal were never on time and sales teams didn't receive goals until 2nd quarter. Payment on sales goals always fluctuated. Many people had been at the company for a long time and didn't do their job, just coasted."

"The practice management division in Cary continues to churn, so expect change and be comfortable with ambiguity. Step up! Risks are rewarded."

"LN is dominated by its cash cow Research division. The smaller practice management division has grown through acquisition. The product development and support needs of practice management do not align with research's making delivery and grown difficult."

"Keep at it. Invest. The legal industry is desperate for a high quality simple solution."

"Be wary of job description offered. There is no pattern of honoring a hiring agreement regarding job description. The only people who are accepted are those who do not offer views not in sync with the informal power structure - a few of those people have been allowed to commandeer the company."

"Low-caliber management - poor profesional skills, low level of fairness, low level of interest in best interests of company, extremely vulnerable to polictics"
