They are all experts and that makes working with them a wonderful experience. I also love the projects because they are interesting and involve lots of different challenging opportunities. What do you like about working at LexisNexis?

"It is a well recognized Company, that is financially solid. OK pay, but no real salary or bonuses unless you are in sales or management."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Abandon all hope Ye who get hired here. If your a Sales rep your gone in 3, or less. Not a long term employment solution."

What don't you like about working at LexisNexis?

"Has proved to be a drawback in employment afterwards. In the end, the Company doesn't care about it's employees. They don't understand its the people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should get their head out of their sales quotas. It's about the people/customer not the bean counting. You can't cut the budget to success."
