"Before the joint venture with Internet Brands, Martindale-Hubbell was a fun place to work. The products were sub-par, we charged more than the competition, and we had constant challenges with customer satisfaction. We were unified though. Banding together and bandaging customer solutions, we were able to overcome many of these obstacles to product a productive solution for the clients.Post joint-venture in November '13, it feels like a liquidation with poor communication on direction."

"Compensation is based on Dayton, Ohio salary. Due to cost of living, they should compensate employees in NJ and NY with NJ and NY salaries."
