"I’ve worked at kohl’s on and off for the past 10 years. First I was freelance for 3 years. Took another position for another company, and then came back to work full time for them. The company is great. The culture is amazing. I truly believe that. I believe you could have a great time or not so great time, depending on your manager. Mine is amazing. No complaints there. Communication is an issue throughout corporate. Too many processes and too many people to go through to get stuff done."

I worked there for about 2 years and found that change is constant in their environment, but overall attitudes were positive. We went through several layoffs, which seems to be common in today's retail industry."
