"You need to have contacts. Try working for staffing agencies with contracts with Kaiser in order to do so. It's who you know, not so much of what you know."

"Some of the managers should be refreshing their skills and staying current."

"Invest more in sensitivity training for some of the upper levels of management."

"Please allow input from people whose work-flow you design. There are issues that you as management are not aware of that need addressing in the day-to-day operations."

"Politics, Politics, Politics, within the support department. Projects were manipulated to enhance performance metrics unethically."

"I do not like working with people that cannot write a letter in English, but are in high paid positions because of who they know. But, then I had to help these people learn how to write in English.Too much racial prejudice in the work environment, it was like an all out war everyday."

"Do something to teach people how to write in English and how to get along instead of fighting with one another in their workplace."
