"Management, being understaffed and overworked, high turnover rate, limited vacation time availability (priority times given to senior nurses)."

"Value the nurses as they are the backbone of the hospital. Try to better accommodate regular scheduled days and time off."

"Found the the management did not know what was going on above them, which left us have a false scene of job security."

"The lower level managers seem to want absolute control. The ones that are good are quickly promoted but the bad ones stay and float around to cause unhappiness."

"Less micro-managing. Believe it or not, you do not know how to do the jobs better than your employees, let them have more autonomy."
