I learned the importance of the physical security staff and as a registrar, I learned there are different aspects of a business that are just as vital to the success of someone's position, as the person actually completing the task."

"The lack of communication between employee and management."

"I believe that a team is more successful when they feel their needs are being met. Sometimes having a manager in a completely different part of your state, or in a completely different state is straining, because it is hard to portray the necessities and severity of a process or a person, strictly by reviewing reports and numerical data. Seeing the issues first hand gives everyone a better understanding the needs, both locally and globally."
