"Excellent mentors, training programs and employee development. My work was a piece of a large project but I could still see the value to the greater project."

"Be open and honest. Your personal fit in teams will vary widely from team to team. I interviewed with 4 teams in a day and was able to pick from 3 of the projects."

What don't you like about working at Intel?

"Sometimes a little too big a company. It can be hard to see how your individual contribution affects the entire company."

"Despite excellent results for me, the review process was overly time consuming and cumbersome."

"Too many meetings which stretches working hours since one needs to stay to get actual work done."

"Allocate one individual/week to represent a team at these meetings if the meeting are of general nature. This person can update the rest."
