"I've worked with Intel Corporation for 1 year and 6 months, The company have multiple good benefits, but speaking from grow opportunities, it is very poor. Intel is Hiring people from different major background (even Graduate from Business and administration can be hired as a Process Engineer) which defeats the true meaning of being Engineer. There were multiple cases when totally different people claims the projects they are not related to and get credits for those projects leaving the true owner of projects behind the curtains and managers did not react to this at all, This shows the truly image of how it is difficult to grow within this company as an Engineer."
