"During the 90's its a good place to work.I like the training and culture.But when the Malaysians took over the Philippine site during early 2000, it all went down the drain."

"None... especially here in the Philippines, Intel has shutdown their plant here."

What don't you like about working at Intel?

"Friendship... Culture, Stock Options and Medical Benefits."

"Nothing to suggest to the management, they dont listen anyway..."

"my last division was too political - too many senior managers just protecting their jobs and not able to appreciate new ideas, even from hardworking younger folks..."

"Many (not all) middle level managers at Intel do nothing but play politics - they provide no new ideas, dont do any real work. The company would be better off without them."
