"Management was good and if anything I wiuld say encourage employees to take advantage of everything thats offered by company"

"Intel is a pretty straight forward company, being honest is the best tool you can use, do not pretend to be a know-it-all because that attitude is not liked by the managers."

What don't you like about working at Intel?

"The growing opportunities in your home country are great but for immigrating to another country is so difficult because of the company policies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They care a lot about employees and that is something that I really appreciated, I would say that they should keep hearing what the employees have to say and take action on things that need attention."

"be honest don't try to lie your way through the interview they will have you show that you can do what you say you can."

What don't you like about working at Intel?

"that once you got hired the company didn't do anymore drug test except for the one drug test to get into the company. I thought that with all the chemicals and other electrical that people work with that they would do spot checking."

"be consistent from one direct to another. your directs are all the same different grade levels but same."

"Just answer the questions -- they use behavioural interviewing style, so don't expect trick questions. Your response to the question (reaction) is important."

What don't you like about working at Intel?

"Management rotates too quickly. We had 9 GLs (group leaders) in 3 years. They seek Diversity by giving everyone an opportunity to get experience leading, but don't realize the effect of this churn on operations and morale."
