"The growing opportunities in your home country are great but for immigrating to another country is so difficult because of the company policies."

"that once you got hired the company didn't do anymore drug test except for the one drug test to get into the company. I thought that with all the chemicals and other electrical that people work with that they would do spot checking."

"be consistent from one direct to another. your directs are all the same different grade levels but same."

"Management rotates too quickly. We had 9 GLs (group leaders) in 3 years. They seek Diversity by giving everyone an opportunity to get experience leading, but don't realize the effect of this churn on operations and morale."
