"I was told I would get company leads, but found out that would have to spend my own money for internet leads where I would be competing against my own colleagues for the biz, and then there was the postage for othter leads...a bad combo in the end..."

"hire fewer but more qualified folks.."

"Management misrepresentations and out and out lies. Failure to honor contract and promises.Continuous billing problems.Non - competitive Rates on Life and P&C.Once an agents figures out how to make money the Co. changes the contract."

"I enjoyed spending time with current and potential clients. There was constant opportunity to meet new people and to learn new things from veteran coworkers."

"Be sure that you can handle a varied paycheck, and be sure to have some savings before taking a job with Bankers Life"

"Bankers pays its salesman in commission only, which for some is a difficult way to earn a living; especially selling life insurance products."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that new employees of the company should be paid a base salary for at least 6 months."

"The people that you worked with were always very positive, happy and energetic.They were great to work with always."

"My recommendations for others who want to join this company is to know that is can never be a part time position. In order for you to make money, you must work at it full time and you have to be a go-getter."

"What I did not like about working at Primerica was that it required a lot more time from me than I had anticipated. I was told it would be part time but I had already been working at two other jobs, therefore it was a little overwhelming for me."

"I do not have any suggestions for their management. I felt they ran a very good co."
