"being laid off when Bank of America bought the company; The lack of willingness sometimes by the loan officers to provide their leads to the insurance dept"

"to unify the loan dept with the insurance dept where both, the loan officers and the insurance agents work together for a common goal."

"They allowed us a lot of independent time to be our own agent, and build our business."

"We were forced to have management that had never been in sales positions before and they were very uneducated."

"They should have sold what they are managing a team to sell for a min of 3-5 years."
