"Until they get it together, Run, it is a waste of time."

"Everything else. The products, The lead distribution, The promotions, most of the local management."

"The process you have in place for running a region does not work, until you are able to hire good quality people and give them the ability to be sucessfull you are never going to move forward. The company needs to remember with out the sales force there is no company."
