"We had to find our own leads, and that's it."

"No suggestions. Farmers Insurance is a big company with small agencies inside."

"There is a great deal of flexibility, you are your own boss."

"Remember, they are salespersons. Think about the downside of what they are, and are not telling you. If you can live with that, it's good."

"More support is needed for new agents in the form of role-play and examples."

"I understand old employees not communicating with new employees, so need communication skills."

"No enough training and no supplies and not enough information."

"Increase training and working with new employee, more time and more training."

"You will love working here, your co-workers really care, be honest, give back, you will go far."

"Rate increases. It breaks your heart to call customers and let them know what to expect on their renewal."

"Sell sell sell, Keep your feet on the ground, and reach for the stars."

"Get ready to work hard and be frustrated. Don't take rejection personally."

"Working for a company that is so money driven, no matter how difficult they make it for the agents. Being so greedy that we are losing our best customers because the company does not care. The company is too stubborn to realize if they take care of the people that are making them their fortune, they would make more money."

"I would take care of the people who actually make the money for the company. Be more concerned and flexible when it comes to our long time customers."
