"What I don't like about teaching at the New School University is to have something good done that would benefit Faculty and students is too slow bureaucratic"

"Fresh start, possibility to create new DMS program, academic freedom, generous salary."

"Be honest, bring to the table all your skills, accept what they offer."
What don't you like about working at Central Florida Institute?
"Politics. I have learned that a not successful relation with one person out of 100 can ruin your career. By the way, that person was eventually fired later on. That was a good lesson for me how to communicate with other employees. The key words are: be professional."

"I don't have too many suggestions for the management. Just be fair to everybody."

"I would focus on education instead of on everything else"

"I like some of my colleagues. I like teaching, and being in academia generally. I typically like being in a research environment, but none of these things are specific to Rutgers."

"Rutgers is set up best for tenured faculty, not for instructors."

"The relationships within my department are toxic and competitive. Furthermore, I do not feel challenged, and I often feel like the drama of work eclipses any opportunity to be productive."

"It's all about money. Employees and instructor are just part of the machinery."

"I would not only care about the money, but also on my internal costumes and workers to make them feel valuable for ate business"

"Hours, adult students, atmosphere is nice, people are helpful, technology is up-to-date"

"It is a great place to work if you want to work part-time and don't need benefits."
What don't you like about working at National College?
"The class teaching hours are long, sometimes up to four hours at a time once a week. It is difficult to keep students' attention for such long periods of time and there are not a lot of opportunities for in-class activities provided within the textbooks used. The instructor must follow the textbooks and syllabI exactly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would choose better textbooks that would work better for adult learners and keep them more interested."

"Terrible Corporate leadership. Enrollment has just about stopped."
What do you like about working at United Education Institute?
"I like educating students and preparing them for a career. My fellow instructors are also what make working here fun."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The school is in decline, so job security is questionable at best."
What don't you like about working at United Education Institute?
"As expected from a for-profit school, their main concern is just that... profit. Due to issues with the Accreditation, most programs are not enrolling; the medical assisting program is dead. The CEO is too bust promoting and hiring Vice Presidents while instructors and staff are laid off or cut to part time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Concentrate on quality instead of quantity, although the school's reputation may be too damaged to attract many more students. There are too many Vice Presidents and upper management making six-figures sinking the company, while the instructors and support staff are being gutted. Morale is non-existent among the staff... although upper management keeps its head in the sand and just says Onward and Upward! What a joke."
