"They trust their employees too much which someone can cause problems."

"Keep moving forward related to your past. Hire more people and offer more training courses."

What do you like about working at EEI Communications?
"This used to be the very best training company, until it got new management."

"Run away. Do not, under any circumstances, ever, listen to the lies they will tell you in an interview."
What don't you like about working at EEI Communications?
"They don't pay instructors. Really. They were 12 to 24 months behind, then filed for bankruptcy and simply didn't pay."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay the instructors what you owe them. You sealed a deal with a handshake and your word of honor."

"it's a habit! it started of as good, quite flexible, respectful environment"

"best of luck! if you can handle being quiet (please don't speak up!) you can make it work. Just don't get on their bad side!"

"pay is poor, flexibility is getting worse, requirements are getting more and more each year"

"treat professionals as professionals, show some respect to employees, they're not children needing to be threatened with punishment all the time"

"Loved my job and teaching! Got out of the military because my tour was over."
What do you like about working at United States Navy?
"I loved the structured environment. Being able to teach a class without supervision was a great motivation piece. The trust of management was immediately seen and appreciated and I never let them down."

"Everyone is different, the military is not for everyone. There are a lot of benefits, I loved my time serving, but talk to others before joining."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"The military had a lot of red tape and the leaders were primarily focused on their own careers. There was a need for constant busy work that I thought was a waste of time and resources."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to take some time for your subordinates, you need them like they need you to be a good leader, listen to what they say before dismissing it."

"I am on-site for only 2 days a week, and I get the opportunity to help / grow students and our future. Great benefits also a plus."

"No upward mobility, no quality assurance / standards, management does not know how to manage (they are academics, not managers)"

"Hire some PMs to start to make the departments operate under business conditions. At present not much is being enforced."

"Well not really it was a challenge working with high school kids."

"It was seasonal which was ok but I had to take time away from completing my degree."

"I think they shoulc communicate better with other groups when your working with students you cant always go by there word."

"I enjoy working for the company because of the positive interaction that I have between the students and my peers."

"My tips for interviewing with Luskin Academy. Dress to impress, be prepared with lesson plans and examples of student work, discuss how you would use data to create meaningful lesson plans."

"What I don't like about working at Luskin Academy is the area that the school is in."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions for management: continue building on the culture of the school by creating events and activities that the students can participate in as long as they do not have any referrals and their grades are kept at a minimum of a C."

"The change in ownership caused a shift of responsibilities. I was given more than I should have been given with no extra compensation."

"Better time management for all employees. There was a lot of downtime when several individuals had no direction."

"The Division of Statistics at NIU is very supportive of their employees and students. I have been given continual support and encouragement by the faculty at NIU while I prepared for my first time teaching."
