"I am on-site for only 2 days a week, and I get the opportunity to help / grow students and our future. Great benefits also a plus."

"Your experience is what you will make it out to be."

What don't you like about working at Northeastern Illinois University?

"No upward mobility, no quality assurance / standards, management does not know how to manage (they are academics, not managers)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire some PMs to start to make the departments operate under business conditions. At present not much is being enforced."

"For the most part, I am my own boss. I create curriculum, choose texts, and am responsible for managing my classes as I see fit. I am a leader."

"Job security and health insurance, but in order to make a living wage, you will need to work two jobs."

What don't you like about working at Northeastern Illinois University?

"There is absolutely no hope for advancement at all. The pay is awful."

"Help to foster an environment of inclusiveness and not one of division."
