There were many stories of successful sales where someone totally unrelated to the sale received the commission and the credit, while the person who was the procuring cause received nothing."

"I've worked for Infosys Ltd for about a year and a half. They are an Indian based company so there are some cultural differences when it comes to working in the United States. There is a lot of dysfunction in regards to HR and reporting but it's a contracting company so I don't set the bar very hard. It's an okay company to start out at and get some experience in but not a long term career."
