"I like the fact that I am in control of security aspects of the company (physical security that is) doors, server rooms, servers, computers and so forth. Although I dislike the fact that I have to run huge reports monthly and quarterly to show application access levels. These reports were supposed to be automated within 6-10 months. But this automation is not in the horizon for another 12-24 months."

"Nothing to hate, helping people (Users) to accomplish their daily jobs and duties (while learning more) is the most satisfaction I can think of, I always enjoyed Desktop Support. Information security on the other hand is not my expertise and the lack of resources and technology does not allow me to be at my best."
