"I had 9 bosses in 18 years at Citi. Some were great managers, some were not."

"It was a good company that thought about the people and the clients and the work being done."

"They have cut so many jobs and sent so much work overseas. How can we survive if our jobs are sent overseas."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"Northrop Grumman has no concern for its employees only for their clients. The benefits suck, 1% 401k match, no sick days, 2 weeks vacation, and some of the most untalented and unethical people I've ever met."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Their are so many problems with Northrop Grumman the only advice I can give anyone is if you work for Northrop Grumman leave as soon as possible and if you don't work for Northrop Grumman keep it that way."
