"Per the current job responsibilities, I can be the Masters in the currently used applications but there is no scope of those applications outside of the company for which I must have some extra talent in order to compete with others who might have other different talent."

"I was hired as a contractor by Wipro for another firm."
What do you like about working at Wipro?
"There is not much that can be said about a company I have no contact with. I talk with the liaison but nothing gets accomplished."

"They will find a job for you, but it is usually done through a middle vendor."
What don't you like about working at Wipro?
"There is no communication between the contractors and management. I can talk to the liaison, but what we talk about is not recognized or is dismissed."

"Have more contact with the staff and allow them to bring new ideas."

"I like the company culture and the opportunity to work on various projects."

"The project can be of short duration and this can cause gaps in the work."

"Please provide longer term project and provide internal training for employees."

"The people that I worked with were great, and they did a good job of letting you know how your success translated into business results."

"Don't go into this looking to have a career at FIS. While there are many who have been with the company for a very long time, the culture is now geared more toward a temporary work force. They have a reduction in force on average once every 3 years."

"Personal success was steadily rewarded less, and there is a distinct divide between management and employees."

"Treat employees with respect, communicate honestly and with integrity, and find a way to reward quality."

"There is not much that I don't like at Asurion, but lack of different healthcare options would be one thing."
