What do you like about working at Cinelease?
"The employees are hardworking, fiercely loyal and awesome. Culture is a great family environment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Expect to be worked to death. They are now owned by Hertz and are sqeezing all they can out of the staff with low pay."
What don't you like about working at Cinelease?
"Executive team is a dysfunctional mess. Never on the same page and always pitted against eachother."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go to therapy. However, I doubt there's any hope for them."
What do you like about working at Ivanhoé Cambridge?
"One of the world's largest real estate companies. Excellent benefits, good management, fine systems to work with, and fantastic people."

"Realize that it is a large organization with tremendous long-term growth opportunity."

"It was a contract opportunity with no chance for full-time employment."

"Improve communications during challenging times. Continue to expose employees to the organizational ongoings."

"At Boston Technology the Team was small as it was a start up in India and I was instrumental in Managing all the departments, Recruitment and Administration. I was trusted and given major responsibilities of the Company."

"Be Honest and precise on responsibilities that you can handle, without giving any false promises."

"At Boston Technology, I have enjoyed thoroughly my tenure as it was a great experience to work for a US based organisation."

"Since the Management was in US, we require a Head of the office in Bangalore office. I guess they are working on it."

What do you like about working at City House?
"The family type environment, everyone worked as a team! The Leadership Team weren't all high & mighty, just a part of the team."

"If you're just looking for your next job, go somewhere else. If you're looking for a new or additional family you've come to the right place!"
What don't you like about working at City House?
"City House is a Nonprofit organization and don't have a lot of funds they can put into new technology and software. It is a fairly small organization and has limited professional growth opportunities."

"Keep up the good work! You currently have an amazing Executive Director who has many great ideas and relates to all of her employees as individual human beings!"

What do you like about working at Walmart?
"Great working environment with team effort. I had a great working relationship with my management team as well as the associates. I gave the respect and was rewarded with their respect in return. I enjoy the rewards of helping people attain their goals as well as guiding them in training and answering any questions/problems they may have."

"Lack of management taking ownership of their poor decision and passing it on to others."

"Tips for others interviewing for jobs with the company I'm currently at Be honest about your experience and skills. There is nothing worse then hiring a good actor. It will be obvious once employed that you were dishonest and you will be over your head."
What don't you like about working at Hertz?
"Politics and lack of team camaraderie. Employees lack initiative to improve the company and just do enough to get by. Upper management have made it difficult for me to improve this as they are very old fashioned."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"monthly meetings to access completion of goals. I find it important to know what everyone in the office does on a daily basis and what they are working towards. It provides everyone with a better understanding and also creates opportunities to improve work flow and methods."

"There is no support for the plant to make progress on improvements for the office administration."
