"Other managers and supervisors do not follow policy and have no regard to policy and procedure to the point that it will greatly affect the future of the Company as a whole. Depsite my best efforts I can not get them to understand this or change."

"The vision () of the company was to close down a profitable 650 employee operation to send the work to China where the quality of workmanship is at best questionable."

"Do not interview with this company if you are not an experienced professional or if you do not like micro management. This company is run top down and very hands on from a corporate level even though they are not able to get back to the site timely for daily problems."
