"I thoroughly enjoy the responsibility and dynamic energy that is needed to be a successful Human Resource Manager. The autonomy and initiative that is required is what makes the position so attractive. Although it is not thought of as a revenue generating department, it is definitely a department that contributes so much to the company that it could not function effectively without a strong HR department."
"I love the accounting and HR manager position. I have the CPA license and love to improvement the ERP system to fit and meet the accounting principle. For the payroll, I also have the experience to work with the lawyer to create the handbook and implement the payroll system. But, for the compensation, it doesn't match the market salary."

"Are you desperate If so, OK it's a job. If not, don't waste your time with this company. Work for a good company that knows how to engage the workforce, recognize and reward performance, and allows and encourages risk taking."

"Poor ethics from the top. Managed by fear - most people fear making decisions or taking risk."

"Have a Vision! Come up with a Mission and communicate it to the management team and the work force."

"Very organized thought process from strategy to execution. Smart people, big focus on anticipating issues and being proactive - which I liked."

"Mills isn't for everyone ... if you like to think through issues strategically, enjoy collaboration and team work - this is your place and I would try to stay as long as you can in your career. They will reward you with excellent work."

"Sometimes innovation seemed insulated from market trends and was slow to react to trends."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue the great work in delivering new products to market. I have noticed and am starting to buy your products again (i.e. gluten free, low sugar, chex mix)."
