"I had the fear that the company would eventually go out of business and it eventually did."

"That over time, good things will happen to those that apply themselves."

"The family culture is attractive. The employees work autonomously while supporting and helping each other. I like working in HR. I like the fact that I am helping the disabled, albeit behind the scenes."

"The company has been struggling financially. I would like to see it on more solid ground."

"Some of the money they spend on management and business plan development could be used for raises for the employees. Eight years is too long to go without even a minimal raise."
