"Management, professional development, career development, competitive salary are all lacking. Management just doesn't get it."

"Penny wise, dollar foolish, loosing talent because you are so out of touch and only focusing on the daily fire drill. Have a strategy and stick with it and react to Dell is a poor strategy for the market leader."
