"Fail faster. Allow experimentation. The micromanagement at HP can and does make smart people dumb. You're wasting a LOT of talent there."

"Great company with expanding job opportunities. Make sure that you completely understand the assignment or job that you are getting will not be changing due to integration in the near term."

"Because of HP's growth through acquisitions has causes new approaches/ideas/directions that come from acquired companies, some good some bad. The larger size caused many changes during the integration of all new employees."

"Time of integration of employees and divisions is key and should be done quickly and communicated effectively."
