"I didn't like anything about the company and everyone I worked with on my team and other teams hated it as well. You were overworked, everyone had a plantation mentality, management were a bunch of bitter miserable worker bees who wished they could do something else with their lives."

"It was the most horrible job I ever had in my life, I hated every day. The job was extremely boring and mundane. Everyone was just there punching keys on a keyboard for a paycheck. The most idiotic job on the planet."

"Leave the company and find a job where you are valued, enjoy coming in everyday and the company actually cares about you and doesn't just treat you like a number."

"The environment is totally political and they have a tendency of telling you you have the opportunity to advance when in fact you don't. Had I known it was going to be like that, I wouldn't have stayed so long (hindsight is 20/20)."

"It wouldn't really matter but, for what its worth, it would be best to weed out all the managers in the company that don't really care about anything but WIIFM."
