What do you like about working at Hewitt Associates?

"I didn't like anything about the company and everyone I worked with on my team and other teams hated it as well. You were overworked, everyone had a plantation mentality, management were a bunch of bitter miserable worker bees who wished they could do something else with their lives."

"Don't interview, this is a HORRIBLE company to work for."

What don't you like about working at Hewitt Associates?

"It was the most horrible job I ever had in my life, I hated every day. The job was extremely boring and mundane. Everyone was just there punching keys on a keyboard for a paycheck. The most idiotic job on the planet."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Leave the company and find a job where you are valued, enjoy coming in everyday and the company actually cares about you and doesn't just treat you like a number."
